Not to sound like troglodytes or religious naysayers that just need to get with the times, but any new “advancement” in technology should be checked against whether or not it’s actually advancing society. If it is advancing the public, then the question becomes: where are we going?
The dumbing down of the American populace is a documented and measurable fact. Shouldn’t it be cause for alarm when a new global technological platform is launched by a company that routinely violates the public interests and when the very media it’s built on, propagates the degradation of our intellectual citizenry?
