We’ve heard of the new normal, and the new world order. Could they just be the old normalization and the old world order? When the entire world seems to be marching lock step to a song written long ago, can we still sit back and claim happenstance?
Or, is it time to see things for what they are? I recently heard it said that, “if you aren’t getting into a head on collision with the devil, it’s because you’re running right beside him” at the risk of a false dichotomy, I believe the quote is accurate. At the very least, shouldn’t we know where the stream leads before we get in the boat?
